Mr. Shah Wali Nasiri serves as the Chargé d’Affaires of the Afghan Embassy in Dhaka, acting as the head of the mission in the absence of an appointed Ambassador. In this capacity, he represents Afghanistan in official engagements and oversees the diplomatic, administrative, and consular functions of the embassy, ensuring continuity of operations in accordance with established diplomatic protocols.

As Chargé d’Affaires, Mr. Nasiri is responsible for managing relations with the host government, supervising embassy departments, and safeguarding the interests of Afghanistan and its nationals in Bangladesh. His role focuses on maintaining effective diplomatic representation, operational stability, and the fulfillment of the embassy’s mandate as Afghanistan’s official diplomatic mission in Dhaka.
